"Pudsey’s Dream Wheels" Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of the Pudsey’s Dream Wheels competition (“the Contest”) is Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND (“the Promoter”).
  2. The contest is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years and over. Proof of age, eligibility and identity may be required.

    The contest is a minimum of £3 to enter, a higher amount can also be given as an additional donation. A donation over and above the £3 entry fee will not be taken in to consideration when selecting a winner. 100% of entry fees and donations will be passed to BBC Children in Need. Only one entry per person is permitted.

    Employees (or family members of employees) of the Peugeot Motor Company, BBC or of any other organisation associated with the Contest may not enter.
  3. To enter the Contest create a design (“Design”) using Pudsey’s Dream Wheels. The top 10 voted designs will then be asked to give a short description as to why their design is Pudsey’s Dream Wheels. Pudsey’s Dream Wheels can be played via the following three channels: iTunes App Store, Google Play App Store and online at www.pudseysdreamwheels.co.uk.

    Once you have created your entry, it must be submitted via the Gallery. You will need to enter your title, first name and surname, together with a mobile telephone number and a valid email address on which the Promoter will be able to contact you should you be the winner.

    The site opens for submission of entries at 12.01 pm on 19th October 2012 and the closing date for entries is 11.59 pm on 21st November 2012. All times are UK time. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
  4. Your Design must meet the following criteria:
    1. It must not be indecent, defamatory, or offensive in any way, or in breach of any law or regulation, and must comply with the theme and spirit of the Contest;
    Whether or not your Design meets the above criteria will be a matter for the unfettered opinion of the Promoter, which may reject a Design on submission or at any time thereafter withdraw acceptance.
  5. From 12.01 am on 23rd November 2012 until 12.00 pm on 3rd December 2012 members of the public will be able to vote for their favourite Design by visiting the gallery found on www.pudseysdreamwheels.co.uk. A list of the top ten most voted for Designs will be presented to the chosen judges on 7th December 2012 for them to make the decision on the winning design.

    The winning entry will be selected based on imagination, style of car design and entrant’s rationale. The decision of the judges shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner from 7th December 2012. If the winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted within [48] hours then the Promoter reserves the right to declare another entrant the winner. The winner's name will be made available on www.pudseysdreamwheels.co.uk. on or after 14th December 2012 and will also be available by post to those enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope and applying to 'Peugeot Pudsey’s Dream Wheels’, Marketing Department, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND
  7. The Contest prize consists of 1 Peugeot 208 Active 1.2 82bhp 5dr. RRP £12,795

    The prize is non transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute for the prize (or any part of it) a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. It is the responsibility of the winner to tax the vehicle, obtain motor insurance and hold a valid UK driving licence.
  8. As a condition of entry, you grant the Promoter and its agents and partner companies a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, create a derivative work from, and publicly display the Design (1) for the purposes of allowing the Promoter, the judge and other users to evaluate the Design for purposes of the Contest; (2) in connection with advertising and promotion via communication to the public or other groups, including, but not limited to, the right to make screenshots, animations and Design clips available for promotional purposes.
  9. The winner may be asked to take part in post-promotion publicity and agrees to allow the Promoter to use his or her name and likeness for such purposes without additional remuneration.
  10. By entering the Contest you consent to the collection and retention by the Promoter of all personal data submitted by you. All personal data supplied by you will be used by the Promoter for the duration of the promotion for contest administration purposes and be used to contact you in connection with the promotion.

    The details of the winning entrant will be passed to the BBC and BBC Children in Need who may contact you for publicity purposes. No other details will be passed to the BBC or BBC Children in Need.
  11. The Promoter further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Contest or Contest Site, or if it has reason to believe that anyone voting for such entrant’s submission has been paid or incentivised in any way for placing their vote, either by the entrant or any third party.
  12. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement or cancellation of the Contest, any changes to, supply of, or use of the prize, and any act or default of any third party supplier.
  13. You agree to indemnify the Promoter and its associated companies and agents from against all liability arising out of your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
  14. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple or Google, neither of whom shall have any liability in connection therewith. You understand that you are providing your personal data to the Promoter and not to Apple or Google
  15. This competition is not administered by the BBC or BBC Children in Need, however 100% of the entry fee (a minimum of £3) will be passed to BBC Children in Need. The BBC and BBC Children in Need will have no influence over the selection of the winner.
  16. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. No correspondence will be entered into.
